Should a dispute arise, both parties, SERVINFORM, S.A. and the USER, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Seville (Spain).
They may also submit their disputes for consumer arbitration by joining the competent Consumer Arbitration Board, which will also be provided by electronic means, in accordance with the procedure set forth by law.
Use and User access
The User is hereby informed and accepts that access to the Websites does not imply, in any way, the beginning of a business relationship with SERVINFORM, S.A.
